Thank you for shopping with Glow Off Co., a DBA of Life With Lemons Co. We take pride in our products and want our return and refund policies to be clear and easy to understand.
Because Glow Off Puff™ products are personal-care items, the following policy is in place for hygiene and safety purposes.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-defective products, including returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Glow Off Co. within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and/or packaging if requested.
If we determine that the product arrived damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue. We may require the damaged or defective product to be returned to us.
For an approved damaged or defective product claim, Glow Off Co. will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
Exchanges
Glow Off Co. does not accept exchanges for non-defective products.
A replacement provided because an item arrived damaged or defective is considered a resolution of a defective-product claim and is not a standard exchange.
Promotional & Giveaway Items
Products received as part of a giveaway, complimentary promotion, or other promotional offer are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
